So you think you can kick me off your property......
welllll, technically you can, and I will leave immediately, but since I already have your paper in my hand, I will "drop serve" it before I leave your property. You're served! And if I feel that you are really threatening I will get in my car, make sure I'm headed out of your drive way and then "drop serve" the paper while telling you it's legal service. This happens VERY seldom as most people treat me the way I treat them, with respect and without judgment.
